THE SECRET IS OUT!! (Now being copied a big American battery seller), this is a 67V 18S battery, More volts, more RPM more power (V x A= W)

The battery achieves this by utilizing the extra tolerance in your stock controller.

Some people are saying this is not possible without altering the controller. We agree that we do not alter the controller. But what you give the controller (power wise) can alter the output it gives out over standard through the reconfiguration of the cell series. More volts, more RPM, more watts! There is no trickery here, just the obvious that others fail to see, and get annoyed that we’re making it difficult to be copied. We wont tell you how we do it, but the facts are really and genuine and really it’s all quite obvious  once you know how.  We have tested these batteries on several bikes for thousands of mile. Tested by Kilovolt bikes and reviewed by them (see YouTube)

Designed to run on the standard Sur Ron bike as a direct swap in battery but increase top speed by 10 mph (fully charged), increasing the range over 250%

We have sacrificed higher power output to make  suitable for long range and higher speeds than our normal 60V. Top secret internal design now means the standard  controller supplies 12.5% more power, or 625 watts!!!

We are now offering an ASI BAC4000 set to 10,000W, so when more money is available, a quick controller upgrade and more speed and acceleration is available with HUGE range.

Use your standard controller with a 12.5% power increase  have a safe and genuine fast bike that will give heaps of range and fun. The battery is very similar design to its 63Ah brother but about 15mm taller and totally re-worked internals.  We have given this battery a huge range. Perfect for trail riding or long distance commuting.

This battery is not to be used with a third party controller set higher than 150A DC or 10Kw.

This will work perfectly with the original X Controller and give a power output of approximately 5.5KW (about 650Watts more than standard).

High Power Sur Ron Battery  3900Wh  Samsung 21700 cell, with ANT Bluetooth BMS (works on IOS and Android) designed to fit inside the Sur Ron battery compartment utilizing the existing battery tray. The Cells are genuine branded cells specifically designed for large capacity storage and reliability. Other inferior cells used in cheaper packs simply can’t deliver like these. If you think the cost is high, these batteries have 208 cells that retail in the UK for around £6 each! not including: BMS, fabrication and shipping taxes.

The whole battery is fitted in  hand made stainless steel case designed to handle those inevitable and hopefully not painful “Offs” with hard off road rides and giving masses more protection. The casing is powder coated inside and out.

The battery does not have an integrated voltmeter. If you are using this with a standard controller, a handlebar voltmeter is supplied and can be simply plugged into the charge port of the battery to show voltage (empty at 48V). For aftermarket controllers, that show battery voltage (like ASI) the voltmeter is not required.

Some versions of the Sur Ron controllers may go into limp mode if using this battery with no communication port (not using an aftermarket controller). This will need a very simple mod to the plug that normally connects to the battery. Please see the photo of the battery communication connector and the two pins that are crossed with a simple piece of: wire, or spade connector or similar piece of conductive metal. Note the area circled in red.

For bikes that do not have a display to show voltage, we include a handlebar mounted display to be located on the throttle side. Simply plug into the charge port of the battery when riding.

Please note this is a long range battery primarily designed to power the OEM Sur Ron Controller and NOT high power aftermarket controllers (we do offer an ASI BAC4000 set up for this battery at 10kW). If set for aftermarket controllers, please observe the specifications. Going over the recommendations could invalidate your warranty.

The main battery to controller connectors we use are the same type as used by Sur Ron to keep everything compatible. This allows you to swap your standard battery back should you wish.
Battery is in a super tough hand built stainless steel case designed to keep your battery safe in an accident and waterproof  except immersion or direct jet washing at the cable exits. Designed to fit straight into the bike and maximize the whole battery compartment (the hatch bolts need swapping  out with longer bolts that we supply – 2 minutes and simple). No movement- no rattles!


From our tests, not all Sur Ron frames are exactly the same. Sur Ron recently seem to have let their quality control down a bit. On our mark two prototype (pre releases) we suddenly found that our case did not fit in the 4th bike we tested it in, Sur Ron hand not cleaned the battery compartment frame welds. We then went back to the drawing board and re-designed the case.
The new and for sale case has flitted all 4 test bikes. Its a snug and tight fit to maximize the cell capacity and keep the battery as low as possible. It is very slightly possible that there is anther bike out there with poor welds. In this case there is a very  small possibility that your bike welds will need cleaning up with a Dremel/grinder, although with this latest design we have not found this in over 50 installs. This is a simple job and causes no damage to the bike. I would like to make the point clear that we do not expect this to be needed  by 99.9% of our customers the battery should slot straight in.
